A FEW REMINDERS from the management office:

All pet items must be washed in the pet laundry room located at 25 West Mill Drive. This laundry room is specifically for pet items, such as bedding, toys, etc.

Please do not leave any food on the grounds as this attracts vermin. Also, please refrain from feeding the stray cats as it attracts raccoons who could be dangerous.

Also, in thewarmer weather, some residents have been propping the building entry doors open. Please do not prop open building entry doors as it compromises the security of all residents and could also allow rodents and unwanted critters to enter the building.

Pet owners are reminded that the House Rules require dogs to be leashed at all times and their waste must be disposed of properly. Dog walking in the courtyards is not permitted and please keep dogs and children off the newly seeded lawn areas.
